West End Elite Royals coaches are either Nays certified or USA Football certified. All West End Elite Royals coaches, many of which are volunteers, All are trained and educated on the many different aspects involved with coaching kids are best prepared to provide participants with a fun-filled, safe and rewarding experience. Coaches are have been required to take courses on coaching safe blocking and tackling, in addition to concussion protocol.
